Hi, I’m Tracie Guild.
I am a seasoned leader turned coach, with a passion for helping women in (or approaching) midlife embrace life’s transformations with grounded confidence and a little bit of fun.
Midlife can be a wild ride, can’t it? Between health and hormonal changes, rethinking our relationships with alcohol, or career shifts, it’s a time when we can feel both a little lost and totally ready for something new.
That’s where I come in.
Coaching is one of my favorite things to do.
For over 25 years, I’ve guided teams and individuals to find success, not just in their work but in overcoming personal challenges that impacted their ability to thrive. Along the way, I’ve also worked with incredible coaches myself, experiencing firsthand how transformative it can be to have someone offer support, encouragement, and a fresh perspective.
I understand how life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, and I believe in the power of meeting you exactly where you are. By highlighting your strengths and helping you uncover solutions, I’ll partner with you to create changes you may have once thought were out of reach.
This work isn’t just my passion—it’s my purpose. Supporting women as they reclaim their health, pursue their goals, and rediscover meaning in their lives is at the heart of what I do. Your growth and transformation are the ultimate rewards, and I’m honored to walk this path with you.
My Credentials
I’m a certified Health and Wellness Coach, Career Coach, and Recovery Coach, with credentials from Open Source Wellness, the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches, SHE RECOVERS®, and the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches. As a SHE RECOVERS® Coach, I am trained in and my work aligns with the SHE RECOVERS® Intentions & Guiding Principles.
These certifications, along with a rich background in leadership, workplace wellness training, and my own lived experiences, have uniquely equipped me to guide you through whatever midlife throws your way. Together, we’ll design a future that not only looks amazing but feels deeply fulfilling and aligned with who you are.
The Journey
I’ve walked this path myself. My years in leadership have been filled with purpose, especially in the relationships I built and the teams I mentored. But over time, I realized I needed to step back and reevaluate - not to leave it behind, but to reconnect with what truly energized me. That shift changed everything. Today, I channel that same energy into helping women uncover what’s next for them and by doing so, I bring even stronger energy into my day-to-day workplace. Sometimes the key to feeling whole is recognizing that not every part of you needs to be fed by your job alone.
Health, Wellness, and Alcohol Exploration
My personal journey also includes working through health challenges and finding balance amidst the ups and downs of hormonal changes. As someone who’s questioned and redefined her relationship with alcohol, I know the power of this work and how transformative it can be to step into a new relationship with yourself in the process. Running a group for alcohol-free and curious women was one of the most rewarding experiences of my journey, and it’s shaped how I approach coaching - with empathy, support, and a big dose of empowerment.
Giving Back
Giving back has always been a cornerstone of who I am. These days, when I’m not spending time with family or coaching, I work at an area food bank, driven by a desire to improve the lives of those experiencing food insecurity and challenges accessing quality nutrition. This work fuels my belief that we all deserve an opportunity for better health, no matter where we are in life. This is also why I value making coaching accessible to everyone and provide some alternative options for those experiencing hardships.
Home Life
At home, I’ve been married to the love of my life and biggest supporter for 20+ years after walking away from an arduous first marriage during my twenties. Together, we share a love of our midcentury modern home with Polly, our adorable rescue pittie, and Conan O’Brien - or, as he’s better known, Bubs - our hilariously charming and always ornery orange cat. They remind me every day to slow down, find joy in the little things, and always have snacks on hand.
